Main Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and execution.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders.
- Drive project performance, ensuring delivery within approved budget and schedule baselines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven experience overseeing full project lifecycle (planning, execution, and delivery).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
