<p>The Reliability &amp; Condition Monitoring Specialist maximizes the availability, maintainability, and reliability of the mining mobile equipment fleet (including haul trucks, shovels, excavators, and ancillary assets). This role owns the predictive maintenance (PdM) strategy, interprets advanced equipment health data, and leads defect elimination initiatives. By converting machine telemetry, fluid analysis, and inspection data into actionable maintenance work, this position minimizes catastrophic failures and reduces total cost of ownership.</p>
