- Provide technical linkage between SCCL and the client.
- Provide full technical information required by Senior Management for short term and long-term decision making.
- Establishing, benchmarking and monitoring productivity parameters such as Bcm/hr., cycle times (use of Talpac will be encouraged), fuel consumed per unit volume, human productivity index etc.
- Ensure generation of weekly and monthly mine plans and production schedules.
- Conduct survey volume evaluations and generate data required for invoicing.
- Monitor mining schedule and progress and advise on opportunities to optimize operations.
- Annual Budgeting for the mine and budget tracking.
- Deliver technical support to the Drill and Blast team, including reporting, rosters, drill and blast plans and schedules.
- Perform any other mine technical function as required by management within his scope of knowledge/expertise.
- Act as Technical services Manager when required.
