As the Site Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the project. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple functions, including workforce mobilisation, site compliance, reporting, accommodation and travel coordination, payroll processing, and general office administration.
Working closely with site leadership and corporate support teams, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of site operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to site management and operational teams.
- Coordinate employee mobilisation, onboarding, and site inductions.
- Maintain site personnel records and training compliance documentation.
- Assist with timesheet processing and payroll administration.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and roster logistics.
- Manage site office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and site-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Support recruitment activities, including onboarding and site access requirements.
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and distribute site communications.
- Ensure all administration activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide professional and confidential support to the site leadership team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Site Administration, Project Administration, or FIFO administration role.
- Experience working within mining, construction, or heavy industry environments highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with payroll, mobilisation, and workforce management systems (desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment.
- Professional, proactive, and team-focused approach.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
