- Working safely and efficiently in all associated functions, to support the achievement of production targets and undertake any other tasks for the operations.
- Preparation, planning and timely execution of daily work as issued from the approved weekly schedules.
- Contributing to the development of a safe, positive, and collaborative organisational culture.
- Provide a daily shift report, indicating the results of routine examinations carried out on the shift, any defects found and/or repaired, hours worked on each job, and an assessment of the relevant piece of equipment where required.
- Demonstrated experienced as Underground Mineworker in a Coal Mine.
- Previous experience on Joy Miners, 12cm12 and 12cm30's.
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
- Significant previous experience working in an underground coal mine. Only people with the relevant experience will be considered.
- Standard 11 Surface and Underground.
- Relevant Qualifications and Tickets.
- Demonstrated history of working safely.
- Commitment to the achievement of business goals and outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
