Job Requirements

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and helping to lead the local team to meet growth objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and expanding the company's footprint across market segments of the ion exchange resin business in the assigned region. Serve as an applications expert with focus on metals and mining applications, e.g., Lithium, Copper Nickel, etc; Recycling, chemical processing coupled with support on industrial and municipal water treatment, primary full range liquid purification technology contact in the region to help penetrate the region, build our reputation, and support local sales teams and channel partners with technical expertise.
• Establish and manage relationships with major clients, OEMs, industry and government stakeholders to secure long-term contracts and strategic projects.
Technical support of customers and regional sales team with respect to technical service, product selection, trouble shooting and process optimization
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums to build brand visibility and market credibility
• Market analysis with respect to new technical trends and evaluation of the competitive environment
• Identification and evaluation of local cooperation partners, both in industry and academical

Work Experience

Required Education & Experience: BS/MSc Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, optional MBA

Required Years of Professional Experience> 10 years

Required Skills & Competencies" Profound technical knowledge in business development or technical sales in the ion exchange resin/adsorber industry with a widespread network throughout the industry within the region

Entrepreneurial attitude, self-reliant, responsible and structured work style, cooperation in interdisciplinary and international teams

Presentation, communication to executives and project management skills, fluent English.

Confident and persuasive value-based professional with demonstrated record of commercial/ project success
