As a result of an internal promotion, to ensure the ongoing operational success of our business, WesTrac are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Project Support team.

The Project Support Group provides our customers with solutions to enhance their operations. From site labour and technical support, through to the full project management and execution of site-based projects.

Based in South Guildford and reporting to the Service Operations Manager - Regional, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring safety, customer loyalty and efficiency are maintained to the highest standards.

About you

As the ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to grow and develop your team, as well as develop sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team to grow the business unit and increase market share by ensuring our customers’ expectations are exceeded at all times.. You will also be comfortable in managing conflicting priorities to achieve deadlines and have had previous experience with Customer/Contractor Relationship Management.

Our successful candidate will have either a Tertiary qualification in business or related field, coupled with extensive post qualification experience within a similar role, or extensive industry experience in a similar position. Previous roles will have seen you develop and hone your commercial business acumen skills with the ability to successfully manage sales lead generation, budgets, data analysis and compile reports. In this role you will also have had people management experience. A strong technical knowledge of Caterpillar or similar heavy mobile equipment is also highly desirable.
