POSITION SYNOPSIS:

  • The purpose of the role is to embed company HR strategy and drive talent outcomes by providing specialist and professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective to add value to the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Serious contenders will have Degree / BTECH / National Diploma in Human Resources with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience as a Human Resource Business Partner in a mining environment;
  • Knowledge of SAP HR is essential;
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices including recruitment and selection, employee relations, labour law and relevant legislation is essential;
  • Previous Payroll experience will be advantageous.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Initiate and administrate the recruitment process up and to the exit process of each employee;
  • Implement and coordinate strategies for the employment of HDSA's;
  • Coordinate and facilitate site employment equity committees meeting;
  • Monitor the industrial relations climate;
  • Annalise and report on industrial relations matters;
  • Process employee promotions, movements, transfers, etc. on SAP;
  • Facilitate the Employee Wellness Program processes;
  • Compile and analyze weekly and monthly HR reports to Line Managers and HR Manager;
  • Facilitate all workforce planning activities and processes;
  • Responsible to ensure accuracy of structures on 1SAP System;
  • Responsible for implementing HR systems and to train line mangers on the use of the systems.
