Position Purpose

Reliability Excellence Business Process Leader within the Salt Group to execute prioritized Reliability Excellence initiatives to improve work management execution, asset health, reduce unplanned failures and to systemize the effective equipment maintenance strategies. This position will champion and deploy the Cargill work management processes and monitor sustainability of the utilization of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module. This will include providing ongoing best practice solutions to improve end user experience and transactional data quality. This role will support Reliability Excellence business plan activities to further enable Manufacturing Excellence value as well as educate and influence leaders on the importance of Reliability through the leveraging of high precision data quality.



Principal Accountabilities



10% Business Process Leader for the Salt Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) for Plant Maintenance. Responsible for communicating changes, coaching Superusers to improve user experience with efficient and effective system transactional execution. This includes the management, integration and utilization of any 3rd Party systems, Fiori (mobile) and respective Document Management solutioning improvements.

15% Development of SAP Plant Maintenance Equipment (Productive Unit) Master Data standards (e.g. Cargill Asset Framework); system security, governance controls and system securities. Participate in the development and stand up of a Continuous Improvement SAP Master data cleansing and enrichment solutioning with improvement reporting to reflect aligned goals. This may include management of external 3rd parties for execution.

50% Face-to-Face training and mentoring of site Maintenance stakeholders on effective Work Management SAP system capabilities (Cargill Corporate Training Solution), reporting and execution within Work Management and systemized Asset Health monitoring to help build bench competencies for system solutioning of (Preventive Maintenance Optimization, Equipment Maintenance Strategies alignment etc.).

15% Remote monitoring and site skill set coach-up of the maintenance Work Management execution processes for driving and delivering improved data precision, process efficiencies, and accurate reporting.

10% Participate in Asset Care (Work Management) and Autonomous Maintenance (Operator Care) TRACC assessment(s) with follow up Work Management system solutioning improvements identified from these assessments.
