About the role
As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will be rotated through different sites bringing unique experiences and developing a well-rounded experience. You will primarily identify opportunities for improvement and implement process solutions to maximise CHPP throughput and metallurgical recovery.

Your responsibilities will include reducing unit cost per tonne, upskilling CHPP personnel and contributing to daily, weekly and monthly production plans. You will work closely with production supervisors and team members in order to achieve cost and production targets. As well as this, the maintenance team will benefit from your expertise to manage plant availability

The successful applicant will have :
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or similar;
  • Graduated from university within the last 2 years
