Job Description

The candidate should be well-versed with the domestic mining & metal scenario and should have an understanding of the following (demonstrated by past work experience):

Sector related

• Policy and Regulatory Scenario in the mining sector (coal/ major minerals/ minor minerals) including end user industries especially power generation, cement and steel
• Transaction Advisory Assistance to Government Agencies in auctions of mineral blocks
• Due Diligence/ Financial Modelling/ Financial Appraisals/ Pre-Feasibility Analysis of mining projects
• Transaction Advisory Assistance for selection of Mine Developer cum Operator (MDO)/ Joint Venture Partner
• Bid Advisory and associated modeling for minerals auctions/ MDO opportunities

Benchmarking/ Strategic Planning/ Business Planning/Vision setting
