About the role

The Supervisor Welding will supervise day to day activities in welding and fabrication shop area and to implement the Organization system in relation to safety, recording and programming of work also implementation of healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Superintendent Plant and based on Toka Tindung Project on a 4/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.

Some of your duties will include:
  • Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure adherence and commitment to the Organization OHSE policies and procedures.
  • To supervise all maintenance planning and scheduling activities to achieve equipment availability/efficiency goals, manpower performance, and employee skill level development and industrial relation.
  • To supervise day to day activities in welding and fabrication shop area and to implement the Organization system in relation to safety, recording and programming of work

About you

What skills and experience do you need?
  • Technical School or Mechanical engineering degree is preferable
  • Basic mechanical
  • Previous experience in a similar role
