The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation).
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Business Applications Manager (CADS), you will be part of the Corporate Applications & Development Services team. You will contribute to the reliability and evolution of Agnico Eagle’s workforce operations technology landscape, with a focus on Time, Presence, Scheduling, workforce identity platform integrations, JDE Payroll where utilized, and downstream consumption of employee master data by JDE and other enterprise systems. You will ensure objectives are met while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, the health and safety code of conduct and the environment.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

- Lead IT-owned operational enablement for workforce platforms supporting Time entry, Presence tracking, and Scheduling, including technical troubleshooting, release readiness, and support coordination with HRIS and local IT teams;
- Support and govern integration flows between SuccessFactors, workforce platforms, JDE Payroll where utilized, and other downstream enterprise applications, including monitoring, reconciliation, runbooks, and issue remediation;
- Lead and develop a team of Workforce & Identity Platform Analysts, including work planning, coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and coverage planning;
- Collaborate closely with HRIS, local IT teams, ERP/JDE teams, vendors, and integration partners to maintain reliable workforce technology operations across all workforce types.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Hold a technical diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field;
- Have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience supporting, operating, or enhancing enterprise technology platforms, ideally in a multi-site environment;
- Experience supporting workforce operations technology focused on Time, Presence, Scheduling, and platform integrations in a multi-site environment;
- Strong enterprise integration experience, including data mapping, validation, monitoring, reconciliation, and incident/problem management across multi-system landscapes;
- People management experience, including team leadership, coaching, performance management, workload planning, and development of analysts;
- Working knowledge of JDE Payroll operations or payroll processing dependencies where JDE Payroll is utilized;
- Ability to work collaboratively with HRIS, local IT teams, ERP/JDE teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining clear ownership boundaries;
- Strong documentation discipline and ability to produce runbooks, support procedures, integration evidence, and audit-aware operational artifacts.
- Proficiency in the use of the English language as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where English is the primary language.
Your Work Schedule
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
- Workplace: Remotely or possibility to work in one of AEM's offices closer to your residence in Rouyn-Noranda, Preissac, Val-d'Or, Mirabel or Toronto.
