Summary - basic function of the role

Responsible for the for the management and growth of the Specialty Services offering, with a key focus on Leak Sealing (MORSEAL TM Injected Sealant Enclosures, Split Sleeve Repair Clamps, and Composite Wrap Repair) and MorSafe TM Hot Bolting and Online Flange Integrity service solutions. Collaborate with regional commercial teams, operations, product management team members, and product CoE's, in order to commercialize the online repair service offering, to identify new business development initiatives/opportunities, and potential adjacent markets.

Support specific regional initiatives in expanding the geographic coverage in deploying the aforementioned online repair product offering.

Re-invigorate/re-engage the previously explored North Sea Decommissioning sector/space, with a view to how this now fits the new Enerpac business offering.

Will have Product Specialist(s) reporting to them that will have direct account and channel support activities.

This position will report directly to the Global Services Development Director

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop the overall strategy & roadmap to drive profitable growth of Specialty service offering.
  • Develop the Henkel relationship and joint business execution plan in marketing, securing and delivering composite wrap repair solutions in targeted regions
  • Global market analyses of Market Size, Competitors, Channels, Key Industry Segments and End-User Requirements relevant to assigned scope
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to launch/re-launch products and work with the regional marketing and commercial teams to help identify business opportunities and to drive profitable growth
  • Work closely with marketing team to construct marketing material (commercial & technical) including, but not limited to general marketing material, industry magazine articles, social media content, technical data sheets etc…, to support the products and regional sales teams.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to regional marketing and commercial teams. Actively support regional commercial teams in identifying and building the funnel of future opportunities.
  • Work with regional commercial teams in developing and implementing effective sales strategies for online repair product offering.
  • In conjunction with regional commercial teams assume responsibility for management of key accounts with global Specialty Services customers - with specific focus on Operators and Major Contractors.
  • Develop and maintain costing models for Specialty Services products.
  • Attends industry and customer events plus regular communication with global sales teams and key regional personnel help maintain overall market information from customers, projects and competitors
