Job Description

Incycle is seeking motivated and safety-focused Paste Crew Operators to join our team on the Cowal Gold Mine Project, located near West Wyalong, NSW.

This is a full-time opportunity on a long-term 5-year project, offering stability, great roster balance, and the chance to be part of a high-performing underground team.

About the Role

Working as part of our underground paste/construction crew, you'll be responsible for supporting paste fill operations and assisting with underground construction activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Roster & Benefits
  • Lifestyle 2/2 roster (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)

What We're Looking For

Preferred experience:
  • Underground paste crew experience
  • Underground construction crew experience

Alternatively, we also encourage applications from candidates with:
  • Civil construction backgrounds looking to transition into underground mining
  • Trade-qualified Boilermakers wanting a career change into mining
