About The Role: Group HSEC Systems Superintendent (Gunnedah, NSW)
An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Systems Superintendent to join our Group Health, Safety, Environment and Communities (HSEC) team in Gunnedah, NSW. Reporting to the Group Manager – Work Health and Safety this role will be responsible for planning, maintaining and enhancing HSEC systems and databases to support operations.

The Systems Superintendents key duties will consist of improving, managing and maintaining the learning management, incident management and document control systems, as well as management of the contractor engagement portal. In addition, the Systems Specialist will coordinate the monthly health and safety reporting and other performance statistics reports.

This role is offered on a full time basis.
About You or Skills / Experience
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications, experience and qualities:
  • Strong experience in improving management systems
  • Experience in administering document control systems and formatting documents
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work effectively across a broad range of subject areas
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Business Administration Certificate, or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of systems in use (eg INX, SharePoint, CMO, Onsite Track Easy) is desirable
