Our client is a heavy earthmoving equipment rental company which is supported by a network of maintenance and component rebuilding workshops across coal, gold, copper, bauxite and iron ore.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters for a residential role in the Kalgoorlie area. This is being offered on a 10:5 (5 days, 5 nights, 5 off) roster and would be suitable for a candidate who is available for an immediate start.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for completing ongoing maintenance and servicing in a workshop environment. This will include, however not be limited to the below duties:
  • Ongoing maintenance and service of earthmoving equipment
  • Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines
  • Working with customers to meet company objectives

Skills and Experience
  • WA HR Class Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance
  • Trade Certified HD Fitter
  • Working at Heights & Confined Space Advantageous
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen & Pre-Employment Medical
