The successful candidate will:
- Installing a variety of Commercial and OTR tires
- Using computer diagnostics to balance tires
- Rotating Tires to ensure proper wear
- Repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner
- Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Maintaining tire service equipment
- Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
- Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years experience of tire service, experience working with passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires, specialty tire services, and wheels is required
- Ability to lift 25+ kilograms
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers; this includes good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a valid class 5 driver's license and provide a satisfactory Driver's Abstract from province of residence.
