Job Duties
  • Leading the MEP project commercial resources for all the commercial duties for the project
  • Planning & monitoring of commercial aspects of the project
  • Identification, valuation and advisory support to project teams with respect to commercial risks & opportunities
  • Monitoring and tracking project cash flows, financial cost and recovery

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction disciplines
  • Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in commercial management in main contractor
  • Experience of leading the MEP commercial function on major Civil, Building or Infrastructure projects
  • Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, such as HKIS and RICS is preferred
