Programmed Energy and Resources is currently seeking applicants for various Administration Assistant roles to for our clients across mine sites in the Upper Hunter area.

Details of the role:

• Temporary and ongoing roles available
• Monday - Friday
• Flexible hours
• Payrate will be based on your experience

Duties and responsibilities:

• General administration duties
• Data entry and cross checking
• SAP and Microsoft Office usage
• Maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a mining administration role preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of Damstra and Pegasus systems
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management, coordination, scheduling, record keeping and organisational skills
