About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading civil construction, maintenance and earthworks company in Bunbury, managing project lifecycles from tender stage through to completion. The successful candidate will also also assists in achieving the company's occupational safety, health & environment management policies and plans and with the company's management of its traineeship program.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation for tenders and plans, including setting up files, document control, drawings and schedules.
  • Identify and pursue possible tenders.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tenders and contracts.
  • Participate in regular operational and tool box meetings.
  • Carry out project cost analysis, quotations and purchasing.
  • Engage with stakeholders and ensure successful performance and meeting objectives.
  • Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with all statutory requirements and policies.

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in civil or construction project management.
  • Civil knowledge in bulk earthworks, roadworks, sewer, stormwater drainage & water supply.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with good time management skills.
  • Experience in the preparation and submission of tenders.
  • Ability to multi task and work with multiple projects at a time.
  • Current WA C class driver's licence.
