What you can expect from MRL

To support our continued growth into 2020, we are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our Training and Compliance Team.

Reporting to our Training Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to improve, develop and own our Training Auditing Program; assist in the implementation of training initiatives onsite and offer support, advice and solutions to the MRL Business.

With a demonstrated background in the Resources Industry we expect the person in this role to be an effective communicator, confident in remote travel and self-sufficient. Whilst primarily site based in nature, we expect this role to spend time in the Perth office also.

What we expect from YOU
  • Analysis and improvement of current auditing framework and implementation
  • Plan and execute closing any training gaps identified during audit
  • Assistance in the development of MRL Training Framework documents
  • Play a key role in the implementation of key projects into the field
  • Build key stakeholder relations across the business
  • Support the MRL Business in achieving compliance
  • Provide effective feedback and solutions to the various sites through the MRL Auditing Process

What YOU will bring
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable)
  • Lead Auditor Qualification or significant experience in Auditing
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Training Requirements in Resources Industry
  • Highly developed communication skills, along with the ability to lead, coach and mentor all levels of staff and management in Training best practice
  • High level of computer literacy
