Redpath Indonesia are seeking a Regional Project Manager (Systems) for an upcoming roll out of Oracle Fusion into the region.

Reporting to the Global Project Management Office (PMO) and Regional CFO this role is responsible for actively and efficiently driving all day-to-day project and functional activities for the region. This includes ensuring all the regional requirements (global blueprint requirements and localized requirements) are reviewed, validated, aligned and incorporated into Redpath's Oracle Fusion solution.

The Regional Project Manager also acts in a governance role to ensure that any suggested solution or process changes do not conflict with the Redpath's global blueprint, and/or follow proper governance processes, as required (e.g. change control board) .

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing project activities across each functional area and monitoring progress to confirm Project work is defined appropriately, is of acceptable quality and is completed on schedule
  • Working closely with Redpath Program Manager, BA IT Team Leads, Regional stakeholders and Global Process Owners (GPO) to make decisions that impact future business processes and operations
  • Working closely with Core Project team to ensure that global standard processes are implemented
  • Reviewing and approving Project Deliverables, and coordinating Program executive sign off where required
  • Escalating and resolving project issues, risks, and decisions where agreement at the functional team level cannot be achieved
  • Develop a complete and functional project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with Global Program plan.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and assigning responsibilities.
  • Monitor project progress and track potential roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage budgets and resources to keep the project within financial constraints.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration to maintain alignment and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure quality control by setting standards and reviewing deliverables against project requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and clients, providing updates and incorporating feedback.
  • Maintain documentation and reports for tracking progress, and provide regular work stream status updates to the Steering Committee, Program Leadership, Project Sponsors, and GPO's for the project on progress against schedule
  • Adapt to changing project needs by revising plans and schedules as necessary.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze outcomes and gather lessons learned.
  • Working to align project and business resources to participate in testing, cutover planning, mock cutovers and cutover activities
  • Support and monitor delivery of change actions into the business units


REQUIREMENTS

Education
  • University degree (Business, Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
  • PMP certification or comparable


Experience

Key Attributes and Experience in the Ideal Candidate

  • Deep/extensive experience managing complex ERP implementation projects (8+ years)
  • Proven/demonstrated experience and knowledge of data quality, conversion and migration processes, governance, critical success factors, risks and remediation/problem solving
  • Strong depth, knowledge and experience managing functional and non-functional requirements coverage, traceability and validation
  • Demonstrated experience working with Organizational Change and/or Communications specialists in the development, execution and management of change management tasks and activities throughout the project cycle
  • Exceptional communications and problem-solving skills - this project will heavily involve dealing with stakeholders with disparate and/or conflicting views and perspectives
  • Strong executive level presentation and writing capabilities - project/program involves stakeholders around the globe, the ability to document status, issues, analysis, and/or recommendations in a clear and concise manner is critical
  • Deep knowledge and experience of project management best practices and methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with proven experience of applying project management practices in a "simple, proficient and scalable" manner
  • Deep experience working with SI Vendors, demonstrated ability to provide independent and appropriate "challenge authority" role to SI Vendor, when required
  • Organization and attention to detail - a must for parallel rollouts utilizing global resources
  • Willingness to work outside normal office hours (online calls with Canada, etc)
  • Self Starter
