Le Centre de support et développement est situé à Rouyn-Noranda (secteur Cadillac), en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Nous offrons des services aux différentes opérations minières canadiennes et/ou internationales d'Agnico Eagle dans plusieurs domaines, tels que l'administration, les services financiers, l'informatique, les achats et logistiques, les ressources humaines, les communications ainsi que les services techniques (géologie, ingénierie, métallurgie, PMO, infrastructures et environnement).
Le département des services techniques développe les concepts liés aux nouveaux projets via la réalisation d'études techniques, partage les connaissances et les leçons apprises (risques et opportunités) à travers l'entreprise et fournit un support technique de haut niveau à l'entreprise afin d'améliorer la qualité de celle-ci.

- Technical support (software installation, user support, training, etc.) for operational and exploration teams;
- Managing the company's satellite servers;
- Contact person for the various analytical laboratories;
- Participating in geological data acquisition and integration for new projects;
- Ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards and database integrity;
- Participating in development initiatives (innovation, new tools, etc.);
- Any other related tasks.
