Barminco is one of the world’s largest hard rock underground mining services companies, with operations in Australia and Africa. In 2020, Barminco commenced projects in North America, in Ontario and in British Columbia Canada.

Our aspiration is to become the indispensable underground mining services company. As part of the Perenti group, we employ over 4,300 people at over 20 projects in eight countries. With operations in North America, Australia and Africa, we are renowned for being global leaders in high-speed development and mining production.

For 30 years we have been at the forefront of modern, fully-mechanised underground mining and we continue to use our knowledge and experience to push underground mining further. We are currently developing in excess of 120 kilometres and mining in excess of 10 million tonnes per year and growing rapidly.
