Duties and Responsibilities
- Lawn care
- Snow removal
- Washing, moving, and fueling vehicles
- Water deliveries
- Miscellaneous tasks at Town office and Conuma properties
- Being equipped to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and equipment
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to use and perform maintenance on lawn equipment
- Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical activities in all kinds of weather conditions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a labourer or similar role.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions.
- Superior communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Completion of Grade 12.
- Valid Driver's License.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work in high stress situations and resolve issues.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and as a team.
- Willingness to Learn.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform physical labor.
- Strong safety core.
