Description

Responsible for managing, entering and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Sales ERP system master data in a timely fashion. Perform end-user system support by assessing issues and analyzing business processes. This is a global position with responsibility for all products and locations.
  • Maintain SAP master data in an accurate and timely manner for the global organization. Maintain integrity and consistency of the data across all lines of the business. This includes, but not limited to, the following data elements:
  • Customers, Metal Prices, Materials, Quality Management, Batch Search Strategies, Sales Contract Pricing, Sales Order Pricing, TVARV Entries, Custom Table Maintenance, Production Planning Data and Other SAP Data
  • Manage and maintain the global call center system used to log master data tickets. Ensure all master data changes adhere to corporate internal controls. Effectively communicate with users regarding the master data changes, global call center usage while ensuring the business is following the master data procedures
  • Assist the Commercial Business Systems team when end user issues and problems occur. Assist in diagnosing system instability and failure. Coordinates with the Commercial Business Systems Team, MIS and the Business Community to find acceptable solutions that maintain user functional capability
  • Assists in developing, analyzing, coordinating, planning, testing and executing process improvement projects, system enhancements and application projects.
  • Develop training materials and train new users. Review and audit systems use by user to gain insights regarding improvements and assess needs for system training. Create training materials and train user groups when system changes occur
  • Perform special projects and/or lead smaller initiatives as assigned by the Manager, Commercial Business Systems
  • Perform other duties as requested


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Operations, Information Technology, or other related field and a minimum five (5) years of experience in sales administration, sales, finance/accounting, planning, and/or operations; OR
  • High School diploma or equivalent and nine (9) years of experience in operations, sales administration or process improvement


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years hands on experience using SAP, preferably in Sales and Distribution
  • Able to build effective cross functional relationships with all functions
  • Strong MS Office software products (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) skills
  • Working knowledge of Data Governance/Ownership/Audit policies and processes
  • Excellent business administration skills; attention to detail and ability to accurately edit customer contracts and business documentation
  • Ability to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty, draw valid conclusions and effectively present problem solutions or actions to drive continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and practices with an ability to plan, prioritize, direct and manage diverse projects
  • Skilled in facilitation techniques; able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Self-motivated team player and a demonstrated work history with minimal supervision while delivering measurable results


Criteria/Conditions :
  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
  • Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 - 30 pounds) during the course of the workday.
