Integrate Papuan Affairs Department's primary function to provide highly skilled local Papuan employees to support the company which will be sustainable and highly beneficial for the future of the operation.

Gather, analyze, format, report, and make recommendations on data for Papuan development programs. Responsible for planning, measuring effectiveness, and driving desired outcomes based on business needs. Will be instrumental in preparing Papuan employees to become highly skilled, high performing professionals prepared to meet the local, regional and global business challenges and its diverse cultural base. Assist with growth and transformational activities to improve all areas of personal and professional development in the workforce, while striving for excellence.

Continuously identify and improve support tools, methods, and tracking relating to Papuan employee training and performance to ensure the Papuan Affairs Department is successful in supporting the manpower needs of all divisions.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the development process of Papuan workforce.
  • Planning and monitoring.
  • Reporting.
  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • A data-driven, analytical problem solver for business strategies into pragmatic implementations.
  • An excellent, intelligent communicator, enabling to quickly build relationships and credibility inside and outside of our organization.
  • Able to rationalize complex information in order to make it understandable for others to work with.
  • Able to pursue and identify opportunities and turn them into development programs or projects.
  • A dedicated person who defines and follows-up on programs or project scopes, budgets, and commitments whilst mitigating risks and resolving issues on-the-go.

  • Ability to travel to different locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in human capital management, Recruiting, hiring, personal improvement plans.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Supporting HR in hiring process in Papuan recruitment activities.
  • Able to enhance training programs by fully integrating data analysis into training programs and coaching strategies for Papuan talent development program.
  • Drive client satisfaction by analyzing aggregate data on departments to holistically optimize business development strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA qualification
  • Basic level of the Indonesian language in understanding and oral (preferable but not essential)
