Description

Responsible for creating the company's Global Information Management Program, including Global Enterprise Information Management Retention Schedules and Policies, Global Taxonomy and Regulatory and Business Compliance Efforts . Act as a Business Analyst to develop, implement and manage content information processes, policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with business areas globally to review and analyze business practices with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Develop, implement and manage content information processes, policies and procedures
  • Implement Change Management initiatives with a focus on communicating with FCX personnel to ensure a smooth transition
  • Assist and advise Business Partners at all levels from Senior Management to end-users on Information Management policy, process, procedures and compliance; and use critical thinking and analysis to craft options and provide recommendations
  • Create, document and maintain Global Information Management Program, Global Taxonomy and Metadata; and administer Global Information, Regulatory and Business Compliance Reviews
  • Create, document and maintain the Global Enterprise Information Management retention schedules, policies and procedures
  • Coach and train team members and other employees to develop stronger functional and technical skills on company applications and platforms
  • Stay current on new business process and new technologies
  • Perform other duties as required


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree AND three (3) years of experience in Information Management, Legal, Compliance, or similar role
  • Two (2) years of experience in Document Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuShare, OpenText and FileNet) or other Information Management system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high comfort level with speaking before an audience
  • Ability to successfully manage projects of some complexity with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and workload; strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, employees, and customers/vendors of diverse populations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Sound judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality


Preferred

  • Two (2) years of Project Management experience
  • Two (2) years of Information Consulting or Business Analysis experience
  • Two (2) years of Research Analysis experience


Criteria/Conditions

  • Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
  • Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
  • Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
  • Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ
  • Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator
  • Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting
  • Must be able to travel to subsidiary locations
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds
  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required
