Description du poste

Based in Tasiat and under the supervision of the Recruitment & Talent Development Superintendent, the incumbent will deliver client-oriented, timely and accurate support to ensure the flawless administration of recruitment and selection procedures in addition to the Talent Management queries.

Responsabilités associées au poste

Includes but not limited to

• Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment, assessments and shortlisting/selection process.
• Post job advertisements in internal and external platforms when required.
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback when required
• Coordinates background checks and other elements of the hiring process.
• Administrate the onboarding process, contract signing, presentation of onboarding documents, and connect new hire to training and new department as needed.
• Maintain contact with new-hires prior to arriving to site and assist with queries and processes.
• Work closely with departments to conduct training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports and draw individual development plans to cover the identified gaps.
• Follow up regularly with the departments and ensure the correct execution of the IDP terms.
• Prepare job-aids and conduct training sessions covering specified areas for the employees and managers where applicable.
• Attend and present the progress of the Talent Management team where applicable.
• Maintain accurate training records.

Études et expérience

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Administration or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Work experience.
  • Experience in the field of human resources, preferably in Talent Management and Recruitment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously.
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to evolving environment
  • Good communication skills in both English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application.
  • Problem solving skills
