Our client, a successful gold producer with operations throughout North America, is seeking a Mill Manager to oversee new and existing projects. The Mill Manager will ensure production and quality goals are achieved in a safe, environmentally conscious manner. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader to join a solid organization focused on continuous improvement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance for all mill standards and requirements, including health, safety and environment Identify and manage potential risks to maintain quality and efficiency Develop and implement strategies for all mill processes and resources focused on achieving business objectives Provide technical expertise and effective workforce training
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 7 years of progressive experience in a mill or similar processing environment Extensive knowledge of mill procedures, systems and equipment Solid leadership capabilities and safety awareness Demonstrated experience successfully managing mill operations and resources to increase quality and productivity
