CFO

Reporting directly to the CEO the incumbent will be responsible for accurate timely reporting, project and operational budgeting, along with treasury and debt management. They will lead their small team in the preparation of the Company's financial model and planning, the annual budget, and the interim reporting to keep the company aligned with regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, combined with a professional designation and at least 7 years of post-designation experience in mining with established exploration and development companies
• Significant experience with regulatory filing and experience with mining capital projects and exploration reporting
• Significant experience in dealing with executive and board-level stakeholders, and experience managing a small team
• French language skills are a bonus but not mandatory.

This position will be based at the Corporate office in Toronto with some ability to work remotely.
