Who we're looking for?
Reporting to the Superintendent - Procurement, the Superintendent, Mine (Senior Business Analyst: Contract Management) is responsible to support the section team to ensure all work is carried out in a safe, structured, agreed and timely manner. Ensure absolute compliance with legal requirement and company objectives and provide support to develop, coach and mentor team members to continuously improve their knowledge, skills and relationship interactions.

This is a full-time permanent role
Wage Range:
$130,000CAD - $150,000CAD

Job Duties
- Identifying, escalating and managing impediments and developing issues to ensure delivery of work plans are achieved
- Demonstrate technical and conceptual excellence in anticipating problems to deliver agreed departmental and business goals to ensure the value of the business is maintained or improved
- Ability to maintain and improve data structure within company SAP environment
- Setting priorities and allocating work to competent personnel and ensuring work is completed to required quality and specification
- Collaborating with contractors and consultants to set up work for execution and monitor and report on completion
- Create and maintain site and market unit price lower, upper and average reporting tool
- Create and maintain contract KPI reporting systems admin and governance reporting tool
- Create and maintain a variety of reporting tools for system governance and compliance
- Create and maintain Senior Leadership Team contract, contractor and associated reporting tool
- Create and maintain standardised tender price sheets and integrated financial evaluation tool
- Create and maintain standardised price rise/fall mechanisms or calculations and integrated periodic adjustment tool linking to market indices
- Create and report on KPIs to monitor SAP and DoA procure to pay governance
- Lead governance and renewals of contractors, contracts and fixed price agreements in SAP
- Champion P2P SAP support, fault finding and improvement opportunities
- Execute mass SAP data uploads in accordance with company configurations
- SAP SE16 analysis and support

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Finance and IT required
- Project management certification required
- Experience with multi-national mining company within Finance, Supply, IT and SAP functions required
- Super User in SAP MM, FICO, Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Data
- Significant experience in business analytics and data management required
- Experience in process governance and compliance (including master data management)
- Experience in workforce training and SAP Support
- SAP S4 Hana experience preferred
- Supervisory experience managing a team of a minimum 5-10 people required
In addition, you will:
