Full Time
- Maintenance, troubleshooting & repair of industrial HVAC system equipment: Includes fuel oil heating systems and support equipment, large air handling systems, industrial boilers, small and large propane heating systems including burners and vaporizers, fume hoods, filters, compressors, dryers, pumps, heat exchangers, automatic control systems, pneumatic equipment, chillers, air & water cooled equipment, and refrigeration systems
- Responsible for gathering technical information to perform the job and recommend improvements
- Creates and completes work orders utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Must pass a post-offer physical, drug test, and background checks including ATFE

Hand and power tools, test equipment, laptop and desktop computers associated with a skilled trade.

Working a 28 day on/14 day off or 14 day on/7 day off rotating schedule of days and nights, up to 12 hours a day or more at a remote campsite. Extreme conditions, including but not limited to changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise from low to high decibels, vary degrees of light and dark, in and around artificial light and in confined work areas.



EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required.
CERTIFICATES & LICENCES: Universal CFC Refrigerant License. Valid driver's license is required. CETP certification preferred but not required.
EXPERIENCE: 5 + years experience with maintenance and repair of industrial HVAC equipment. Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as J.D Edwards is preferred.
SKILLS: Strong skills in maintaining propane heating systems preferred. Should have excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
ABILITIES: Ability to use hand and trade type tools. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to assume increasing levels of responsibility. Proven ability to read, comprehend and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials. Ability to work in a team with a high regard for Quality and Environmental concerns and with a strong commitment to Safety and Safe Production.
KNOWLEDGE: Must possess knowledge of technical data, systems and controls and be familiar with testing equipment.
OTHER: Must pass a post offer physical and drug test, as well as background check.

Accommodations: Requires staying at the company provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, game room, exercise & weight room, sauna, and dorm room having phone, internet & cable tv.
Transportation: The company provides bus service to and from Fairbanks, Delta Junction or Tok.
