We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will provide professional recruitment services for specific sites within the Rio Tinto group. This role will offer support for recruitment in region, working together with colleagues based in India as well as hiring leaders and other stakeholders, driving the delivery of end to end recruitment services from job brief, advertising, shortlisting, and interview preparation, and supporting offers and on-boarding of new employees.

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to ensure that the right people are in the right place in a timely and cost effective manner. Working a 5 days on, 2 off roster and reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager,you will be:

· Acting as the key contact to facilitate the delivery of recruitment services for specific sites within the Rio Tinto group for all positions between hiring leads, HR and the teams executing recruitment

· Manages components of the full recruitment cycle including Job brief discussions, screening , shortlisting, interviewing, assessment, and negotiations

· Facilitating and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple sites within the business with a strong focus on people, processes, continuous improvement

· Establishing, developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders and recruitment and talent team to ensure clarity of strategy and the translation of this into an effective recruitment strategy

· Collaborating with leaders to understand business workforce plans and hiring requirements and ensuring sourcing strategies meet the business needs

· Utilising reports and analysis of recruitment activities as a basis for continuous improvement in stakeholder relationship by highlighting concerns/issues and providing appropriate recommendations

· Provides regular pre-defined recruitment and sourcing key performance indicators, metrics and progress updates as required.

· Identifies and recommends areas for improvement in recruitment and sourcing processes and systems

What you'll bring

· Significant recruitment experience gained across both internal and external recruitment environments

· Demonstrated knowledge of labour market

· A relevant qualification in Human Resources is desirable

· Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Superior written and verbal communication skills

· Efficient with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
