Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Reporting to the General Manager Employee Relations APAC & People CEO Australia team and working in a collaborative and challenging environment, you will be:
  • Translating business strategies, objectives and context into a human resource strategy with supporting programmes and interventions to organizational effectiveness.
  • Constructively challenging and coaching senior leaders on their individual and collective effectiveness.
  • Supporting leadership to define, build, and maintain employee engagement.
  • Building Leader capability in HR systems and processes including cyclical processes
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities to business objectives through data, conversations and observations; and diagnoses root causes to determine the required intervention.
  • Engaging with leaders and leadership teams to position the need for change in relation to business objectives, and provide support to deliver, manage, and sustain the change.
  • Providing feedback and input into the effectiveness of HR processes, policies, programmes, and systems to AoEs and other parts of the organization.
  • Acting as an escalation point to resolve significant and complex issues.
