About the role

We are looking for a Manager HR Systems Talent to partner with our HR Area of Expertise to manage the solution delivery for our HR systems and ensure that our technology supports the desired end-to-end employee experience for talent (from global on-boarding through to people performance, development and learning).

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced HR systems solutions leader who understands integrated HR talent processes and how HR technology can be leveraged to meet the businesses strategic requirements. Reporting to the Manager - HR Systems, you will be:
  • Overseeing HR systems in our portfolio for talent (global onboarding, talent management, people performance, learning and development), including HR systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand, ServiceNow, SharePoint and SAP (Manage People) and various reporting tools.
  • Translating business requirements into HR systems design and managing the delivering through BAU processes, continuous improvements projects, pilots, and proof of concepts/feasibility assessments.
  • Managing the strategic technical roadmap for talent, identifying how new and existing HR technology can be leveraged to meet the business requirements.
  • Leading technology assessments for new system requirements, providing analysis, design recommendations and leading the project to deliver these.
  • Providing people leadership and direction to globally based talent human capital management advisors, ensuring that we support HRIT operations and the HR function for talent.

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
  • Strong background in HR systems technology with a focus on cloud based human capital management or integrated talent management systems.
  • Exceptional communication, change management and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong experience leading HR technology projects.
  • People leadership experience, ideally leading a globally located team and experience in Agile Methodology such as Agile Scrum Methodology.

It will also be beneficial if you have:
  • System administration experience in either Cornerstone (ideal), Success Factors, Workday or Oracle in the succession, performance management, and learning and development modules.
