We are looking for an Administration Support Officer to support our wider facilities team.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and seasoned Administrator to join our Facilities Operations Team.

Reporting to the Principal Advisor Facilities Operations and working a challenging and exciting environment within Facilities Operations Team, you will be:
  • Supporting the Principal, Mass Transport and Housing team as required
  • Contractor end date management from key contract partner.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure contractors onboarded/terminated in a timely manner
  • Aviation Safety Committee (C7) coordination of meetings, presentations and minutes
  • Analysing and prepare C7 reports
  • Analysing and collating data
  • Updating and maintaining distribution lists

What you'll bring

  • Ideally previous experience with SAP and Power BI
