We are looking for a HR Systems Advisor to work within the HR function to provide production, development and change management support within Learning by ensuring our HR applications are configured accurately to support the business processes.

This role is a great opportunity for a collaborative, analytical individual to support the HR function by providing scalable global solutions focused on speed, simplification, standardisation and productivity. Working a 5 days on, 2 off roster and reporting to the Manager - HR Systems - Talent, you will be:
  • Responsible for eliciting & capturing business requirements, assisting with the definition of system design, implementing configuration in Cornerstone and conducting testing within the Learning module
  • Supporting the ongoing functional management of the solution, focused primarily on the Learning module specialisation, and assisting across the performance and talent modules
  • Able to identify improvement opportunities within Cornerstone by understanding the business needs, emerging trends and process management

  • Working closely with our partners across Area of Expertise (AoE), Service Delivery and HR to support them on system possibilities, configuration, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing production, development and change management support to ensure the Cornerstone environment is supporting the business processes and configured appropriately
  • Reviewing upcoming changes and able to provide initial impact assessments
  • Providing support to the Business by resolving tickets and issues
  • Managing the delivery of new releases and patches into Cornerstone by reviewing upcoming changes and providing initial impact assessments around new/changed functionality

What you'll bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
  • A Bachelor's or similar degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field
  • Relevant work experience in Cornerstone OnDemand (including certification) or a similar cloud based HRIS, e.g. SAP Success Factors, WorkDay
  • Strong functional knowledge in Learning best practice
  • Proactive and effective stakeholder management with a partnering mindset
  • Experience in administering HR systems end to end
  • Experience in agile and waterfall methodology
  • Aptitude for learning and using multiple systems
  • Creative problem solver looking for the best technical solution to business problems/opportunities
  • Has a proactive and growth mindset
