We are looking for an HR Business Partner to focus on our group services and support the business to achieve great people outcomes across a global portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced HR professional who will own the strategic HR vision across this group and will drive innovation and efficiencies where required. Reporting to the HR Business Partner Group Finance in a diverse team, you will be:
  • Translating functional business strategies, objectives and content into a human resource strategy with supporting programmes to build organisational effectiveness;
  • Engaging with multiple HR business partners across product groups to execute programmes ensuring an end to end view of functional teams;
  • Supporting and executing people projects in the areas of organisational development, capability and talent;
  • Collaborating with Areas of Expertise (AoE), People Services (PS), and other internal and external service providers to provide seamless HR support;
  • Supporting leaders to define, build, and improve employee engagement;
  • Supporting leaders across a range of HR processes, policies and programs
  • Providing coaching and advice to leadership teams.

What you will bring
  • A desire and history of learning and growth.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role;
  • Ability to execute on multiple, time-bound initiatives and successfully manage a high level of ambiguity across global functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in order to respond to current and future people related trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and constructively challenge the status quo, driving for improved performance and organisational health outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of organisational effectiveness and talent management;
  • Advanced communications and change management skills;
