We are looking for a an engaging, safety focused Superintendent Business Services to join our team at Robe Valley.
About the role
This is a dynamic role for a solution orientated individual that is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding position. Your leadership approach and excellent stakeholder engagement skills will be integral to delivering an exceptional result for Robe Valley. You will provide coaching and direction for the Business Improvement team and leadership group across site.
This role will be working Fly in Fly out from Perth on a 5:2 4:3 roster, or to be based residentially in Pannawonica.

Reporting to the General Manager you will:
- Act as a trusted partner within the site Leadership teamSupport the Operating Managers to rapidly progress key business improvement initiatives to drive our performance to the next level
- Engaging with Central support teams to leverage learnings and leading practices from the broader organisation and from within the Pilbara Operations
- Be involved with the Rio Tinto Safe Production Systems work
- Be integral to firming up the Business Improvement part of the team
What you'll bring
- Strong record of improving business performance
- Knowledge of Lean Business Practices and or Agile working ways
- Excellent engagement and coaching/influencing skills
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
