We are seeking an engaging, safety focused Senior Planner to lead a team accountable for safely maintaining an extensive mobile fleet through effective preparation and delivery of maintenance planning and scheduling.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills and technical knowledge. Positively develop and support your team; enabling operational, quality and budget requirements to be met, whilst driving safety excellence and positive team culture.

You will partner with operational and other key stakeholders to provide efficient maintenance planning and productivity solutions and ensuring best practice work management processes are understood and adhered to.

Reporting to the Superintendent Asset Management and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Asset Management & Engineering Services team, you will bring:
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing and coaching team members
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across an operation
  • Experience and understanding of maintenance planning
  • Experience in preparing annual budgets and costs management
  • A current WA Driver's license
