We are seeking an engaging Supervisor Production to provide positive leadership to a dynamic team of fixed plant operators, enabling them to meet safe productivity, cost and quality requirements to achieve operational targets within our Tom Price Operation.

Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a huge amount of responsibility. We need you to motivate, inspire and keep your people safe and well.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your ability to engage, connect and positively influence as this will prove valuable to the effectiveness of this role.

Reporting to the Superintendent Operations and working in a collaborative and diverse team within the Plant Production Tom Price department, you will:
  • Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies
  • Driving effective cost management initiatives by identifying & implementing cost-saving opportunities
  • Prioritising and managing unscheduled events whilst maximising plant production
  • Managing the day-to-day operations through SAP
  • Championing continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to optimise operations

  • Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across an operation
  • A current WA Driver's license

Where you'll be working and living

Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.

The successful candidate will be required to reside in the Tom Price township
