We are looking for a"¯Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)"¯to support and implement initiatives related to organisational effectiveness and capability building while supporting leaders to meet people objectives and undertake people processes using the HR service delivery model.

This role is a great opportunity for a highly experienced HR professional to support the business across a range of HR processes, policies and programs.

Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, you will be:
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide robust HR advice and support
  • Translating business strategy into HR strategy, using the appropriate HR solutions
  • Delivering strong people strategies aligned with our business priorities through partnership with our leaders
  • Driving labour productivity improvements and understanding the business context to enable these improvements
  • Coaching and supporting team leads in order to help them take on their leadership responsibilities and strengthen their abilities and capability for the future
  • Steering the strategic workforce planning to improve productivity, organisation efficiency and skills matching

What you'll bring
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or a Business related discipline with a strong background as a HRBP within a large networked organisation
  • Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams with a good application of contemporary HR systems, processes and obligations
  • Ability to coach and influence senior leaders in a way that tests conventional thinking and challenges the status quo
  • Experience in organisational design and implementation of appropriate tools and systems, organisation and development interventions and employee/labour relations
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and hold a high level of integrity, confidentiality and credibility
