We are looking for an engaging, safety focused Senior Planner to lead a team accountable for safely maintaining our Heavy Mobile Equipment assets through effective preparation and delivery of maintenance planning and scheduling.

You will partner with operational and other key stakeholders to provide efficient maintenance planning and productivity solutions and ensuring best practice work management processes are understood and adhered to. Working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Asset Management & Engineering Services and Paraburdoo Operations teams, you will bring:
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing, and coaching team members
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across an operation
  • Experience in preparing annual budgets and weekly cost management / forecasting
  • Knowledge of CAPEX systems and process's
  • Experience and understanding of mobile maintenance planning & scheduling (desirable)
  • A current WA Driver's license
