About the role
We are looking for a Coordinator: Fuels & Facilities - To administer fuel issues to all mobile, non-mobile equipment, contracted and hired mobiles at RBM and ensure that fuel is appropriately accounted for in relation to what RBM is invoiced.
To administer all soft services facilities and ensure that all work is appropriately accounted for in relation to what RBM is invoiced.

About the role
We are looking for a Coordinator: Fuels & Facilities - To administer fuel issues to all mobile, non-mobile equipment, contracted and hired mobiles at RBM and ensure that fuel is appropriately accounted for in relation to what RBM is invoiced.

Reporting to the Advisor: Fuel & Facilities, you will:
- Accurately report on fuel consumption and availability
- Ensure that monthly invoicing of RBM is accurate and that all relevant authorizations is obtained based on proper metrics and reconciliations
- Ensure all weekly fuel usage is questioned and reported on comparing week to week.
- Load reservations related to Fuel and Facilities
- Assist in training all operators
- Oversee the activities related to Soft Services contracts and vendors namely, Hygiene Services, Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Canteen Services, Garden Services
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Matric (with accounting), Diploma in Facilities Management
- Drivers licence
- MS office, SAP and Excel
- Minimum 3 years' experience serving multiple customers in a high paced environment as part of a fuel and facilities operations team.
- 5 Years relevant work experience within an industrial environment
