About the role

We are recruiting a HR Officer to provide professional service and support to Corporate Units within our global business. By leveraging off common Human Resources processes and systems, People Experience is able to implement global and regional initiatives, increase organizational efficiency. The role will be responsible for the below responsibilities;
  • Take ownership of personnel data management and maintains various systems up to date;
  • Being a competent user of all internal HR systems;
  • Processing new starters, including personal data collection for national and international employees, including preparing offer documentation;
  • Maintains personnel physical files up to date - prepares hard copy documents to close out employment lifecycle;
  • Maintains statutory acts in HR field up-to-date (jobs systematization act etc.);
  • Drafts necessary employment acts for sign-off by legal or Senior HR representatives;
  • Responds to employees queries and provides advisory as first level of support about benefits, employment certificates and of available HR tools;
  • Ensures that mandatory social security record is well maintained and that all external stakeholders are up-to-date with employment details needed to maintain relevant payroll, benefits or any other actions.
  • Overseas time and attendance employee records, interpretate them and translate them into payroll and HR records;
  • Gather all relevant payroll data inputs and ensures they were recorded and processed accordingly;
  • Supports internal mobility teams to manage domestic and international moves;
  • Prepares reports and presentation on HR related metrics;
  • Coordinates daily administration with external consultancy services and acts as first point of contact to these queries;
  • Support global and local HR projects and annual processes with any administrative activity, including updating of relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Bachelor or master's degree in HR, Economic, Organizational Sciences, Law or a general university
  • People management experience
  • Willing to share ideas and participate actively in the company-wide groups such as the HR Community of Practice
  • Deal with highly confidential information. Honest and dedicated.
  • High ethical values and deontological behavior
  • Ensure (Senior) Management understanding of business and results
  • Proactively discuss difficult issues or concerns with team members/peers to find constructive solutions
  • No 'sit & wait' approach, but a proactive and dynamic attitude. Hands on person.
  • Ability to openly engage in difficult or 'courageous' conversations with other team members/peers
  • Credibility within the organization
  • Ability and willingness to work across functional boundaries
  • Willing to work constructively with central functions, including the PeX and RTHQ
  • Sound understanding of HR, employment and social legislation
  • Willing to share ideas and participate actively in the company-wide groups such as the HR of Practice etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Serbian and English language skills
  • Strong PC software skills: MS Office
