As a member of the Information Technology team, this position provides direct support to clients (internal to the Company) in a professional and timely manner on a wide range of technologies. The position also provides professional services within the Information Technology department to continually improve department efficiency and effectiveness.

The position also provides professional services within the Information Technology department to continually improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides proactive and reactive support to clients including first level problem tracking, analysis, and resolution in a multi-platform environment.
- Performs tasks to ensure stable and reliable daily operations. This will include deployment of standard systems including version updates, monitoring of equipment and systems, routine record keeping, and reporting.
- Administers security and system access on designated platforms and systems.
- Represents IT within projects for the planning and implementation of service upgrades and technology improvements, including input to change management processes.
- Assists clients with their needs assessment for software, hardware, and/or training initiatives.
- Conducts or coordinates training initiatives on supported technologies.
- Develops work plans, schedules, and creates/maintains documentation consistent with department standards for continuous improvement.
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required in response to changing circumstances and the economical and physical environment of the Company.
- Performs related work as required.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
