About us
Corporación Minera Dominicana (CORMIDOM) operates the Cerro de Maimón mine, located in Mining Block C1, where we carry out mineral exploitation work from which we extract mainly copper and zinc concentrate.
We have one of the main mining operations in the Dominican Republic, with a concession of approximately 3,400 hectares. We stand out for operating under sustainability and social responsibility standards based on ISO 26000 certification, which makes our company one of the best valued mining companies in the region.
