SR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER 2018 – Actual
Head of HR of “Bodega Aurrerá” at the National level, reaching 87,000 associates, responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies, leading the people processes: Talent Attraction, Training, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Benefits and Allowances. Managing an annual payroll budget of $500 million. Annual sales of $220,000 million.
Reporting directly to the HR VP of Mexico and Centro América. Team of 400 HR employees under my managing.
▪ Designed and led the strategy of "Retention of associates", achieving a 66% reduction in staff turnover and annual savings of USD $1 Million / $22 MM.
▪ Directed the strategy of "Enterprise Agility" in the businesses: Walmart, Superama, Bodega Aurrerá, Marketing and Central Ops., achieving a systemic transformation (agile culture), with a productivity increase of 12.1% and annual savings of USD $4 Million / $85 MM.
▪ Led the strategy of Human resources to the creation of a new area, called "employee experience", achieving cultural transformation with a new journey of the employee and empowered HR team, a 30% increase in employee retention, and a 15% increase in productivity.
▪ Managed a cross-functional team for store openings for Walmart, Superama, Bodega Aurrerá, BAE, and Sam´s Club Businesses, transforming the HR process with the “My Family, My Unit” Strategy, achieving a decrease 30% of staff turnover, with annual savings of USD $0.2 Million / $ 5MM.
▪ Led collaborative productivity strategy, achieving efficient and agile structures, with systemic processes, the result was annual savings of USD $3 Million / $70 MM.

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER 2013 – 2018 AT NESTLE
Head for HR of Sales and Supply Chain, reaching 6,100 workers, at the national level, leading: Talent Attraction, Training, Organizational Development, Management of key talent, Employee benefits administration, Payroll Process and Labor Relation. Reporting directly to the HR VP, with a team of 46 employees under my managing.
▪ Directed the labor and profitability strategy in “Inter Companies Nestlé - Herdez”, achieving successful transfer of the business unit staff “ice-cream Nestlé” to the company “Herdez”, with 0 labor lawsuits and an increase in profitability in Nestlé business.
▪ Implemented the strategy of “organizational development and profitability” in the “Route to Market” in 2 business units (Chocolates and Groceries), achieving the merger of these 2 sales forces with annual savings of USD $0.8 Million/ $18 MM and a 10% increase in sales.
▪ Successfully implemented the improvement system in Supply Chain, achieving an 11% increase in productivity.
▪ Led the union negotiation and relationship, achieving the transformation of strategic sales processes.
HUMAN RESOURCES REGIONAL MANAGER 2010 – 2012 AT NESTLE
Head for HR of the Southeast Region Sales Business, reaching 1,500 workers, directing the HR processes of Talent Attraction, Organizational Development and Labor Relation, with a team of 12 people under my managing.
▪ Implemented the labor climate strategy, achieving a 15% increase vs previous year, with a result of 95% in job satisfaction.
▪ Led the cultural strategy, called "Wellness 48", in the sales business unit, achieving cultural transformation, eliminating deviations in the working days, and achieving a 90% reduction in staff turnover.


HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER 2007 – 2010 AT COCA COLA
Head of HR of the Coca Cola manufacturing plant, reaching 1,200 workers (union and non-unionized employees), leading the Talent Attraction, Training, Organizational Development, Payroll, Labor Relation, Industrial Safety and Occupational Health areas¸ reporting directly to the Director General of HR with a 14 employees’ team under my managing.
▪ Defined and led the HR strategy in the merger of 2 factories, achieving annual savings of USD $0.3 Million / $7.5 MM.
▪ Led the management with factory union, achieving labor and processes changes. Example: Implementation of “High Performance System”, achieving a change in work culture and a 10% increase in productivity.
▪ Led the culture strategy, obtaining the 1st place nationally on the result of labor climate (vs 13 Factories) and certification as “Safe Factory” (50% reduction of accidents).
